The undersigned person declares, on behalf of themself and their accompanying guest as participants of the event “2026 Concours of Elegance Germany”, in favor of Bayerische Motoren Werke Aktiengesellschaft and its legal representatives and vicarious agents (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), the following:
The participant undertakes to treat as strictly confidential all non public information that the participant receives directly or indirectly from the Organizer (or from third parties commissioned by the Organizer) in connection with the event. The participant agrees not to disclose such information to third parties, nor to make it accessible to third parties in any manner whatsoever, and to take all reasonable measures to prevent third-party access to such information.
The participant further declares that they will comply with all instructions given by the Organizer during the event.
This participant declaration and the legal relationship between the participant and the Organizer in connection with participation in the event are governed by German law.
CREATION AND USE OF IMAGE AND AUDIO RECORDINGS.
During the event, photographs and video recordings may be taken in which the participant may appear. These image and audio recordings may be published by the Organizer and its affiliated companies (§§ 15 et seq. AktG) for the purpose of reporting on the event.
If, for specific reasons, the participant does not wish such recordings or their publication to occur, they have the right to object. Objections must be submitted in writing or by email to: moments@bmw-alpina.com
In the event of an objection, the Organizer and its affiliated companies (§§ 15 et seq. AktG) are entitled to exhaust already produced, booked, or approved communication and advertising materials. The Organizer and its affiliated companies will delete the relevant content in the normal course of business upon receipt of the objection.
Beyond this, the Organizer is only obliged to remove content from online platforms that it directly manages. Deletion from third party online platforms cannot be ensured by the Organizer.
